Representative Alexia O’Brien (ERM Engineering and Consulting, Inc., 1 Beacon Street, Boston, MA.) Environmental Resources Management (ERM), on behalf of Distrigas of Massachusetts LLC (Distrigas) had prepared this Notice of Intent and supporting documentation for installation of a mooring bollard dolphin in the City of Everett. In detail, one new in-water mooring dolphin will be installed at the Everett Marine Terminal in Everett. The project will take about 60 days and work will be limited to hours between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Once operational, the proposed mooring will provide optimal mooring points for vessels berthing at the terminal. An onshore concrete footing is proposed on land to support a simple span bridge to access the mooring dolphin.
