Liz Adams Huntington Ministry Coordinator Huntington Ministry Update W e are blessed with constant support and encouragement from the community in Huntington County. There are countless people who believe in YFC in our school systems and in our community. During this upcoming school year, one of our main emphasis’ in the community is to really build up and empower our volunteers. Huntington University is a huge resource for wonderful volunteers, and we want to partner with them on an even deeper level. The doors are wide open for us to find the best way to do Kingdom work with our different partners in the community. Huntington North Campus Life will be coming back stronger than ever after an amazing week at YFC Camp in Maryland, with 46 students attending and having life-changing experiences! Huntington middle schools sent 5 students to YFC Camp in Michindoh with rock-star volunteer Heather Hiple, and the girls had a blast. Look for continued growth in both ministries and continued partnerships with essential organizations in our community. PRAYER REQUESTS • We are currently looking for a Middle School Campus Life Director for Huntington County. Please be praying for the right person to step forward and lead the strong ministry we have at our two amazing middle schools, Crestview and Riverview. • Students are ready to jump into another year, and we want to have a strong presence in all of the schools. During our time of transition, please be praying for guidance and direction while looking for a staff person. • Our volunteer teams could use some prayer too, because they will be leading the charge with our ministry in the middle schools. They are a fantastic team, but we could use a few more people to step into relational ministry with our students. • If you or anyone you know is interested in volunteering for our middle or high school ministries, contact Liz Adams at 260-4035824 or ladams@yfcnin.org FOLLOW US! @YFCnIN @YFCNIN @yfcnin
