Technique Rub-ons Materials List Print and prepare rub-on according to manufacturer instructions. Cut out, trimming as close as possible to the design. Burnish well with a paper creaser or popsicle stick. Peel the backing from the rub-on. Burnish any remaining white areas by replacing the backing and rubbing over them again.                                Necessary Tools     Helpful Tips Add color by brushing yellow and rust alcohol inks across the surface. Stipple aqua acrylic paint around the edges to add dimension. Apply a thick layer of glossy accents to the blank with your finger. Use a toothpick to clear hole of any excess medium. Allow to dry.                    
