A SUMMARY Prime Minister Modi and his Government have bestowed a sense of security and wellbeing to some 1000 million Indians in their first year of maximum governance, Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Achche Din, despite the albatross of the Organised Opposition around their neck. If the above can be achieved in Electocracy, what miracles are possible in TEAM PARLIAMENT, TEAM INDIA, TEAM PEOPLE, which is DEMOCRACY BY MERITOCRACY! The Nation gets the very best MPs, everyone a Meritocrat, at a personal expenditure of less than Rs One Lac. Prime Minister Modi is Electo Meritocrat, given to the nation at a whopping price of many thousand crore rupees (snatched away from bijli, sadk, pani, health, education, etc). He is functioning in a Parliament which can never be TEAM INDIA. There can never be the action of TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY (explored on page 1) in a perpetually divided House of the People.
