Despite the significant reduction in our employee numbers, random pools and associated revenue, DISA has continued to treat us the same as they always have, and I really appreciate that. We may be a smaller, leaner company, but we are still the same when it comes to our commitment to employee safety and health, and we expect DISA will continue to support us in that, as they always have. PROGRAM STATISTICS TESTS AVOIDED BY VERIFICATION WHAT IS THE DCC? The DISA Contractors Consortium (DCC) is the largest compliance program of its kind. This innovative safety program manages the many different workplace safety requirements that vary across owners, contractors, and geographic locations. The DCC manages reciprocal policies and programs around the special requirements of each unique owner, safety council, and federal regulatory agency. This unique capability alleviates the need for multiple programs, making requirements easier to manage, while reducing job-hopping and redundant testing. 2015 PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS STRATEGIC ACQUISITION INTERNATIONAL GROWTH DISA expanded its background screening market share with the acquisition of Prime Information Center (Prime). In business for over 25 years, Prime earned a solid reputation across the Gulf Coast Region as a leader in the background screening industry. Like DISA, Prime’s core business was centered in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. The company was an approved provider for the Houston Area Safety Council’s NABSC program and was mandated by the Corpus Christi Safety Council. Joining forces with Prime allowed us to expand the scope of our background screening services to the energy sector, while increasing our coverage in other market sectors. The opening of our new, state-of-the art medical center heralded a new era in remote care for the oil and gas industry. The only one of its kind in Scotland, our new remote care medical center (RCMC) is strategically located at Dyce on the outskirts of Aberdeen and has been created with the specific aim of providing the best possible care for offshore personnel. The center provides comprehensive topside and emergency medical response support to the offshore sector and is fully equipped with cutting edge remote diagnostic technology. PROGRAM EXPANSION SERVICE DEVELOPMENT Shell Chemical is our first owner to mandate oral fluids testing for their contractor workforce. We created a new consortium and testing policy specifically for oral fluids testing and implemented this beneficial new program at Shell’s Norco Manufacturing Complex in Louisiana. Shell Chemical continues to demonstrate their strong commitment to a safe and drug-free workplace by adopting enhanced contractor compliance initiatives through the DISA Contractors Consortium. This year, our health and safety center in Pasadena, Texas, became our second facility to offer workplace injury care services. These unique occupational medical services are managed by licensed staff physicians and board certified medical personnel. Expanding our health and safety center services to include injury care gives our safety-sensitive clients a 24-hour solution for their employee health care needs. PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS DISA’s diverse business model was designed with integrated service verticals that are comprehensive and highly complex. To improve and streamline the processes that drive our business, we partnered with a third-party consulting firm to help analyze and improve our internal operations. This project resulted in increased economies of scale, improved quality and efficiencies, and ultimately, a better experience for our clients.

DISA has been auditing our driver logs to confirm that all of our drivers are using their hours of service correctly and legally. We have been able to make vast improvements in our safety program over the last two years, and DISA has played a large part in that. Their communication is top notch. We highly recommend DISA for their service and commitment to excellence.
