Corporate Governance BOARD OF DIRECTORS Douraid Zaghouani Non-Executive Director Appointed: 29th April, 2015 Douraid was appointed following the resignation of Khalid Al Bakhit. Douraid is Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). In this role he supports the CEO Office in corporate strategy development and is responsible for the efficient operational management of the organisation with the aim of optimising business performance. Prior to joining ICD, he was with Xerox for more than 25 years. During his long and distinguished international business career he held a number of senior general management, sales and marketing roles in both Europe and North America. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of several Xerox companies and also sits on the Board of International Hotel Investments.
