Important Information TRANSPORT CHARGES With the exception of the Highlands and Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland, wholesale prices allow for carriage free deliveries on orders exceeding £500 net. We welcome customers making their own collections, but these are strictly by prior arrangement at the convenience of our busy warehouse. We aim to deliver mainland UK orders within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Orders placed on a Monday will normally be delivered by Friday of the same week. Unfortunately the next day service is not available in some areas, please contact the sales office for further information. NB carriers limit the quantity the will accept daily. 2 PRODUCT CATALOGUE 2016 TERMS & CONDITIONS DAMAGES / SHORTAGES Without exception, the sales office must be notified by telephone of any damages or shortages within 24 hours (excluding weekends), failure to do this may result in refusal of a credit notes. Furthermore, on receipt of goods, if you see any damages you need to make a note of the damages on the paperwork (or electronic signature device) before signing for the goods. A photo must be taken of the damages and sent to sales@caterlink.co.uk as soon as possible. Writing received unchecked or similar disclaiming statement, will not automatically confer the right to subsequent acceptance of a credit or replacement. Our drivers/carriers do not have the right to collect any goods unless previously authorised to do so by the Head Office. STORAGE OF PRODUCT/RETURNS We have full BRC accreditation and have a duty of care to store all food product correctly, we therefore cannot accept food product returns. In the event of any other items being returned due to customer error, we reserve the right to apply a 25% re-stocking charge. RETENTION OF TITLE Products ordered and delivered will remain the property of Call Caterlink Ltd until paid for in full. Call Caterlink Ltd also reserves the right to levy interest and / or an administration charge for accounts which do not strictly adhere to their payment terms and conditions. PRICE VARIATION Whilst we continually strive to keep transport costs to a minimum, we reserve the right to vary the stated charges should the need arise. Please note that the KG/Ltr prices quoted in the catalogue are an approximate calculation of the case price.
