39 - Driver license from another state or translated and notarized copy of driver license from your home country. • Take the driving road test (you must provide your own vehicle) Learner’s Permit and License (if you have never had a license or current license is not valid) • Request for a proof of residency letters by filling out the Request Proof of Residency form • Go to Auburn Social Security Office for ineligibility letter with your letters 1240 S.
