An item illustrating upcycling. BRANCH ENTRY 50. A summer afternoon tea displayed on a tray — Tray not to exceed 20”x15”. Any five items to be judged. YCA SECTION RULES          Only YCA Members may compete All entries must be made by the exhibitor, not been shown at any previous Tockwith Show and have been completed within the last 18 months. Items are exhibited at owner’s risk All exhibitors in the Flower Classes must provide their own receptacles  Where possible, labels must be securely fastened to all exhibits  All vehicles must be removed from the show field by 10am All exhibits must be staged by 10.30am on Sunday 4th August 2019 Presentation of Trophies will take place at 3.45pm No exhibits may be removed before 4pm after which time the Committee cannot be held responsible for loss or damage Objections must be made to the YCA Secretary before 3.30pm on the day of the Show The Judge’s decision is final ENTRIES: All YCA Entry Forms for the YCA Competition must be submitted by Monday 22nd July 2019 to:- Anita Taylor, 6 Western Road, Rotherham, S65 2EX. Please make cheques payable to West Riding YCA and include a SAE for forwarding of exhibitor entry tickets. TROPHIES (To be held for One Year) The Wilfred Blacker Cup will be awarded to the Branch gaining the most points The Saville Cup will be awarded to the member gaining the most points The Jubilee Cup will be awarded to the best individual entry The Joan Hansell Trophy will be awarded to the Branch winner of Class 50 Pat Blacker Trophy will be awarded to the overall winner of the flower section Points: 1st – 3 points, 2nd – 2 points, 3rd – 1 point http://yca-yorkshirecountrywomen.org.uk/ (62)
