Instructions 1. Pour your blueberries out on a large cutting board. Give them a rough chop. You’ll miss plenty of the berries giving you a nice mixture of whole berries vs chopped. Put them in a large bowl. 2. Add in your chopped cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, red bell pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Stir until combined 3. Serve with your favourite tortilla chips! LOCAL LOVE: TJ’S DANCE TROOP DANCING INTO FALL WITH TJ’S DANCE TROOP Serving Bowmanville since 2007, TJ’s Dance Troop has been sharing the love of dance with students and the community ever since. TJ’s Dance Troop features a talented and diverse mix of instructors, all with a shared passion and energy for dance and the arts.Founded by Trisha Jeffers-Carlton, TJ’s Dance Troop was born out of a wish; for Trisha to have her own dance studio, and to help her students find the same passion for dance she had. Since opening alongside fellow Owner and Artistic Director Brittany Carter, Trisha has continued to share passion for the art form, nurturing talent, providing a positive influence and taking her students to new heights.
