Amazingly, Robyn was able to secure reservations for Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, but there was still an issue with my resort being closed. Robyn worked with me through the stress and uncertainty and never gave up on my hope to make this happen. After unsuccessful negotiations on Friday, I wrote a heartfelt letter about my experience as a Disney Cast Member and making customer service priority number 1. I shared this letter with Robyn and she was motivated to go above and beyond to make my dream trip for my niece happen. I cannot say enough good things about Robyn and her superior customer service. She spent her entire Saturday on the phone, talking to several different departments and finally got us moved to the Fort Wilderness Cabins. I can’t help but speak volumes of her commitment to the customer and I highly recommend Robyn for all things Disney.
