CLAMP STICK & HOLDING TOOL Hastings Multi-Purpose Holding Tools are designed for holding slack conductors during sleeving. Provides positive control for shaping and bending jumpers and buss wire. Ideal for applying factory formed tie wires, armor rods, and securing captured hardware during crimping operation. Aluminum head body with brass conductor base provides compact design while allowing a firm grip, polyurethane grip is non-conductive. Constructed of 1" woven fiberglass and manufactured resin rich to eliminate chipping and glass fiber peel. Unicellular core is self extinguishing and resistant to cleaning fluids and solvents. Available with Rigid Head or Adjustable Head (From straight to 30 degrees both sides of center). #6 1-1/16" Conductor Capacity. All sections are 100% tested per OSHA and ASTM F-711. HA-4604 Hastings Conductor Tensioning Tool is an excellent tool for both hot stick and rubber gloving applications. It can be used for temporarily isolating sections of lines, changing out dead end insulators and line splicing. Tension tool can be installed and operated using hot sticks. Conductor hooks are stationary and have hot stick eyes and hot stick operable safety latches. Two models are available; one with 5-35KV (57"-69" working range) and another with 46-69KV(69"84" working range) rating. Both with a 4000 lb. pulling capacity. Fiberglass components are tested for OSHA and ASTM F-711.
