Any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured homes are located for residential use, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, including any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended to be used as a part of the facilities of such park. Manufacturing – Artisan. An establishment, not exceeding 3,000 square feet of floor area, for the preparation, display, and sale of individually crafted artwork, jewelry, furniture, sculpture, pottery, leathercraft, hand-woven articles, and related items. Odors, fumes or excess noise may not be produced at the facility. Manufacturing – Heavy. Any use in which the major activity is the treatment, processing, rebuilding, repairing, or bulk storage of material, products, or items, and where the finished product is not acquired by the ultimate user on the premises and produces any externally perceptible noise, fumes, odors, vibrations, or outdoor storage. 249
