None of us likes it but we all respect it. And we all hope that it’s going to end soon. Thank you to our staff photographer Janet Adams for spending a morning with Kareen and her family to get these images. Vol. IX., No. 1 • Spring, 2021 What’s going in the old K-Mart space? This real estate development will offer a variety of office, restaurant, retail, convention, conference, hotel, and housing space over the next five to seven years. It will truly be the largest development in Reynoldsburg, and create hundreds of jobs, while providing a destination for residents and visitors to enjoy. A variety of options will grace its new storefronts, while businesses will grace the upper floors, of this walkable district at the corner of Main and Brice. In landing this major project, the city courted various possible tenants along the way, but it was a group called Alliance which ultimately successfully brought it all together for what made the best sense for Reynoldsburg. More details in our fall issue.
