you as a parent from speaking into the lives of your children maybe when still in the wombs, as the Bible says that He [God] has given power over life in the tongue [PROVERBS 18:21]; that means that you can position your children to a life of obedience, joy, love and peace when even unborn; this is why John the Baptist had not to wait until he was born to be filled with the Holy Spirit, but was filled from his mother`s womb [LUKE 1:15].
