However with all this said, this could not liberate us from sin, because sin felt like a force whose call we responded to every time it demanded. However when we grew in God, we realized that firstly, it is the Law which awakens our conscience to sin, secondly, we realized by the teachings of the Great Men and Women of God and attested to by the Scriptures that we were forgiven of God through His Love and Mercy which is unmerited and 132
