The Bible in 1 KINGS 16:29 tells the story of a one King Ahab [king of Israel] who copied the sins of his father Jeroboam, and on top of that married a Jezebel a daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians. The Bible speaks of him indulging himself in open evil before God, as he went further to adopt the gods of Jezebel known as Baal.
