deceived from the simplicity which is in Christ, this is why Paul tells everyone to take heed how they build upon this foundation, however the greatest pain which is not a threat is that many have built other foundations [dogma, religions…] which are not Christ, now we understand why Paul says that “whether in pretence of truth, Christ is preached.” In other words because in Christ is a self-cleanser which is the Word; there is no doubt that all foundations built by men shall cease by the test of time or fire; however again the pain is they which hold onto them for eventually will perish with it;
