HEBREWS 6:18 tells us that it is impossible for God to lie [deceive]. The Bible says that seeing fault with the first covenant, He made a provision for the second one [HEBREWS 8:7-8, For if that first covenant had been without defect, there would have been no room for another one or an attempt to institute another one.
