LIVING THE BEYOND MASTERY IN THE LIFE ABOVE WEAKNESS 1st Edition. REALITY OF THE LIFE FROM WITHIN. WRITTEN BY: OPALE FRANK BY: THE INSPIRATION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. WITH SPECIAL THANKS TO: APOSTLE GRACE LUBEGA
Introduction to this book. REFRENCES ARE MADE FROM THE AMPLIFIED BIBLE. This book opens our eyes to the purpose and mandate that we have been called for in this LIFE of Faith. We see that most people tend to devote their lives to what the man of Ecclesiastes calls vanity of vanities. One of the keys to liberty in the things of the Spirit is the consciousness of being forgiven by God, and further than that knowing that you have been justified freely by the ultimate sacrifice of His Son at the cross. We see in ISAIAH 6:5-8 that Isaiah could not realize and perceive the call of God upon his life
until when his iniquity and guilt were dealt away with as verse 7-8 says “And with it he touched my mouth and said, Behold, this has touched your lips; your iniquity and guilt are taken away, and your sin is completely atoned for and forgiven. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” This can only and only be found in the grace of God. One of the ways the children of God have limited the working of God upon their lives is by them walking in a life of guilt and yet God does not condemn them. 2 CORINTHIANS 7:10 says “For godly grief and the pain God is permitted to direct, produce a repentance that leads and
contributes to salvation and deliverance from evil, and it never brings regret; but worldly grief (the hopeless sorrow that is characteristic of the pagan world) is deadly [breeding and ending in death].” This shows us the need to be considerate about the end of everything we indulge ourselves in. The greatest pain and cry of the heart will be on what you were unable to do when the grace to do it was available. JOHN 21:18 SAYS “I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, when you were young you girded yourself [put on your own belt or girdle] and you walked about wherever you pleased to go. But when you grow old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will put a
girdle around you and carry you where you do not wish to go.” We therefore by this wisdom seize opportunity as the Kingdom realities are of “NOW”.
O ften, I have over-heard people speak and narrate how they have been subjects or objects of attack by the devil. Many of them have found themselves in a constant cycle of debilitative; enervating; decrepit; feeble; infirm; rickety; sapless; or weak admissibility to the chicanery; chicane; shenanigan; guile; or wile of the devil. This has left them in despair [virulence, dire, wretched, forlorn, outrageous - condition], and guilty in conscience as a result of guilty pangs and guilt-ridden emotions making many guilt-sick, however here comes the good news of the gospel to you.
What is weakness??? Weakness is the subjection of [by] a strong entity to a weak entity. What does “subjection” mean??? It means conquest, subjugation, the act of subjecting, or bringing under the dominion of another; the act of subduing, the state of being subject, or under the power, control, and government of another; a state of obedience or submissiveness; as, “the safety to life, liberty, and property depends on our subjection to the laws”, the act of putting down or under, dependence, subordination, forced submission to control by others.
What does “entity” mean??? It means that which is perceived or known or inferred to have its own distinct existence (living or non-living), a real being, whether in thought (as an ideal conception) or in fact; being; essence; existence. What does “weak” mean??? It means lack of physical strength, one which is reduced in quality, strength, or spirit. What does “strong” mean??? It means powerful, firm, sure, and hard. That means weakness is when a superior personality is controlled [restrained or managed or kept within certain bounds] by an inferior subordinate.
Strength can only be defined by the Spirit, which means without the Spirit weakness dominates. JOHN 1:1-5 says “IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was present originally with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men. And the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it].” Carefully observing the above Scripture, the Bible says that in Christ
was Life, however to men this Life was Light, and this Light shines on [unceasingly shines] in darkness, for darkness has never overpowered it. That means that without that Life, men [all people] live in constant darkness [under the dominion of the devil]. Remember that in darkness is no hope [trust with confident expectation of good], we see that Life presented to men was and still is their only Hope; that Light to men elevated them above darkness [hopelessness] which was there old friend—this old friend darkness was an enemy [wolf in sheep`s clothing] leading us to destruction “the way of death”, however Christ “played us a video of where this old friend
[darkness] was leading us “we saw ourselves in eternal torment in hell, we saw ourselves taught evil things which stirred the wrath of our Father [God] upon us and very many things we cannot dare imagine or express in words”, having seen all this our eyes opened and we came to see and realize [regret] the time we had spent under blindness. We also came to get a New Friend Jesus who enlightened us, and also Himself being Life, He then and then gave it [Life] to us [when we believed in Him and all His Words], everything changed as He elevated us from darkness [the old friend] into His marvellous Light [of the Son of glory].”
He tells us in DEUTRONOMY 30:19 “I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you that I have set before you life and death, the blessings and the curses; therefore choose life that you and your descendants may live”. From this portion of Scripture we see the heart of a FRIEND indeed revealed to us by Him advising us to choose Life. In this generation as Jesus says in JOHN 5:43 “I have come in My Father`s name and with His power, and you do not receive Me [your hearts are not open to Me, you give Me no welcome]; but if another comes in his own name and his own power and with no other authority but himself, you will receive him and give him your approval.” We see that
people just choose the way of the devil [darkness] without maybe the devil making an invitation to them, as it is only God who showed us the right choice which is “LIFE”. DEUTRONOMY still tells us that by virtue of us choosing life, all our descendants will live—this fulfils the Scripture in MATTHEW 5:14 which says “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” Jesus tells us in LUKE 8:16 “No one after he has lighted a lamp covers it with a vessel or puts it under a [dining table] couch; but puts it on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light.” This means that, if it is not in men to hide the light`s they have lit, how much then we who are lit by
God Himself. He cannot risk us to be hidden, He reveals us openly to everyone and everything [even to darkness inclusive]. Not as men do [the reason they set a light on the Lampstand is that for those who come in to see specifically the light and not anything else; that means that if one is not willing to come in, he or she will not see that light. This could also mean that when there is no one willing to go in so as to see the light set by men for men, they create all avenues to lure men into what they want them to see, however to us, God sets us high above everything as we are seated with Christ in the heavenly places far above all Principalities, Powers, and Dominions.
When the Bible compares us to a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden, we note that in the first place this city is higher than anything inclusive of the hill itself, secondly what gives distinction to this city is not necessarily its height but the Light. This means that it is possible for a city to be on a hill, but surrounded by brighter lights: this is not what God has called us for; He has called us to shine that everything everywhere may see the Light [Jesus Christ] so that they may glorify the Father in heaven as MATTHEW 5:16 says “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.”
One could ask why I emphasize only the Spirit to be the only distinguisher between light and darkness. I now therefore state my case this way; 1 CORINTHIANS 15:45 tells us “Thus it is written, The first man Adam became a living being (an individual personality); the last Adam (Christ) became a lifegiving Spirit [restoring the dead to life].” We see the words “first and last” give significance to Adam. The question is “what did God intend or purpose for Adam?” Was it just for him to only tend [care for or look after] the other creature`s or more than that. Where did God position the Garden of Eden— was it earth or heaven. Why was it that Adam fell for what he was given to keep
under guard, and why when he fell another guard was put to keep and guard the way to the tree of life. [GENESIS 1, 2, 3]. From the above we see that Adam rushed; for God had big and many things just for him, however due to disobedience [loss of trust in God], all the plans God had for Him were painfully ended “just like that”, this pleased the devil who beguiled Eve then Adam as it [the devil] thought that that was the end of mankind. Remember, the devil no matter how it presents itself, is jealousy for man and its aim is the complete destruction man. From time immemorial, it had continued to pursue this plan, remember God`s love for man has
never ended as it is man who chooses deliberately to hate God, yet to Him “He abides faithful [ROMANS 3:3]”. In the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve fell, man was punished but the devil was cursed. It should be noted that the mind behind punishment is reformation of one punished, and not their destruction. This meant that after reformation, there would be restoration of mankind, however to the devil, it fell to the Hole it had dug for us [Genesis 3:14]. This means that the devil`s plan was a failure. Just imagine how angry the devil was, when the stoned it prepared for another backfired to it [the devil]. This did not make it the end of mankind, God made
a covenant with Abraham where He promised Abraham descendants as many like the dust of the earth, the stars of the sky [GENESIS 13:16, 15:5]— these [the Israelites] God called “My people”. Throughout the Old Testament, there had been battles of how the devil could cause the wrath of God to be turned to His people [the wrath of God to be turned from the devil to mankind] but all was in vain, for example in the times of Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham and Lot and the families were preserved, times of the Great flood Noah and family were preserved, in the time of Jonah with the Nineveh people, they were preserved having repented, during the journey to
the promised land only Joshua and Caleb reached the promised land [GENESIS 19, GENESIS 7:1, JONAH 4:11, NUMBERS 14:30]. With all this, a remnant and posterity subsisted; this also meant that the plan of the devil was a flop. Therefore by God`s Love, He prepared Himself an Adam to come and complete [replace] what the fallen Adam was unable to complete. That means that this second Adam was also able to inherit [receive] the promises God intended for the first Adam or even more than what the first Adam was to receive. Glory to God that Jesus said to us that greater works shall we do because He goes to the Father; the
Bible says that JESUS took our place of sin and we became the righteousness of God through Him; that means that Jesus re-instated us to the full ability to receive what was meant for Him as the second Adam [as we start from where He finished – that means that we are rested in Him]; that is why the Scriptures testify that the glory of the Later Church shall be greater than the Former. The distinction with the second Adam was that He was the Lord of glory, as JOHN 1:14 says “And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an
only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favour, lovingkindness) and truth.” This second Adam was God Himself; just imagine it, He left His majesty, the praises of the angels, just to pursue man. This Jesus narrates a hypothetical story of a good shepherd who leaves the ninety nine sheep to seek for the lost one and when He finds it makes a feast just for that one lost and found sheep [MATTHEW 18:12]. This Jesus did by Himself leaving heaven for earth, just for man, thereafter, the Bible says that when one sinner repents the angels in heaven make a feast over such a one [LUKE 15:10]. This very Adam [Christ] dealt with the devil once and for all, COLOSIANS 2:15 says “[God]
disarmed the principalities and powers that were ranged against us and made a bold display and public example of them, in triumphing over them in Him and in it [the cross].” That means that all that was against us [the devil-disease and everything-sin, the Law] was dealt with by Christ on the cross. Jesus said it is finished; meaning He had accomplished all that He had come to do on earth, HEBREWS 2:13-17 says “And again He says, My trust and assured reliance and confident hope shall be fixed in Him. And yet again, Here I am, I and the children whom God has given Me. Since, therefore, [these His] children share in flesh and blood [in the physical nature of human beings],
He [Himself] in a similar manner partook of the same [nature], that by [going through] death He might bring to nought and make of death--that is, the devil--And also that He might deliver and completely set free all those who through the [haunting] fear of death were held in bondage throughout the whole course of their lives. For, as we all know, He [Christ] did not take hold of angels [fallen angels, to give them a helping and delivering hand], but He did take hold of [the fallen] descendants of Abraham [to reach out to them a helping and delivering hand. So it is evident that it was essential that He be made like His brethren in every respect, in order that He might become a
merciful (sympathetic) and faithful High Priest in the things related to God, to make atonement and propitiation for the people`s sins.]” From the above Scripture, we see that God through Jesus Christ gave us a helping hand and He [God] ignored the devil. Just imagine it like this, the devil pushed us from a cliff, and in the process it [the devil] also fell due to the force it exerted to push us. However God sent His helping hand towards us [who were fallen due to sin], and we were saved through His hand which He reached out to us, however He ignored the devil`s hand; and the devil fell to the bottom of the cliff. Just imagine this, if the devil knew that it was not going to die [perish], it
would not stretch-out it`s hand towards God to be saved. However some have also chosen deliberately to take it minor for God to stretch-out His hand towards them, and in return have refused to willingly offer back their hand toward God for their salvation! Just imagine that. Similarly, it is and by the devil that all evil was in the world and to men making them sons of disobedience, however God stretched out His hand towards us by sending His and only begotten Son in His likeness to save the whole world from sin [which would eventually lead them to death], however although God played His part, He gave a choice to people to believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and
live, or reject Him and perish with the devil [the father of lies (deception, seduction), the god of this world]. Remember God stretching out His hand towards us who deserved death cost Him too much to all that He ever had for instance He had to leave His Majesty [Realm—royal jurisdiction], He had to be like us [just imagine the potter also becoming clay just to plead for certain clay and also to show the clay the right path they should follow, He was subjected to laws of the earth just for our sake], He gave up His life just because of and for us. This was the last and final fall of the devil as Jesus crushed the devil`s head once and for all, therefore we are free from the
consequences of the devil. MATTHEW 12:29 says “Or how can a person go into a strong man`s house and carry off his goods (the entire equipment of his house) without first binding the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house.” MARK 3:27 also says the same “But no one can go into a strong man`s house and ransack his household goods right and left and seize them as plunder unless he first binds the strong man; then indeed he may [thoroughly] plunder his house.” This is the general principle spiritually and physically, we see that the devil was our father in this world, however Jesus [from another Kingdom—the Lord of Glory] in order to rescue us from the devil had to firstly
destroy it [the devil], then freed us and took us firstly as His servants however He gave us a right to be His children [sons and daughters of God]. Take an example of Uganda being in need to possess [win] a World Cup trophy, it has to completely defeat all the teams [nations] in the competition, then a trophy be awarded to it, but not just taking it, then later fight those who come after the trophy [this is why the Kingdom of God is at rest, so are we]. This is why when we believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we cease from works and rest in His finished works at the cross. LUKE 4:18-19 says “The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the
Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound.” Therefore we see that we were and have been released and delivered from the oppressor [the devil], who Jesus crushed and never to be heard of for eternity. However up to now we see some people who are born again [born anew from above, new creatures, Spirit
born] hold beliefs [endless genealogies] of here say “Jesus left some unfinished business, some have gone further to hold themselves to have curses from the ancients [parents, grandparents, families]” and because of this; some of these things have ended up becoming a reality in their lives, as PROVERBS 18:21 says “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life].” So this Scripture does not exempt a Christian; you ought to know the purpose of the power in the tongue and the kind of fruit it must bear for you as a master [one who has learnt to bridle it], as to us we bear fruit worthy of repentance. Another thing to those
who have believed in Jesus Christ but still hold false beliefs of being bound by the devil, ask yourself this question “if you could not deliver yourself when the devil bounded you in the first place, how then now do you seek to deliver yourself having Jesus Christ destroyed the devil; that means that such a kind of a Christian who does not believe in the finished works of Jesus Christ at the cross and lays another foundation to him or herself therefore need for such a person to reconsider themselves whether they are still in the faith.” 2 PETER 2:19-22 says “They promise them liberty, when they themselves are the slaves of depravity and defilement--for by whatever anyone is made inferior or
worse or is overcome, to that [person or thing] he is enslaved. For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through [the full, personal] knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they again become entangled in them and are overcome, their last condition is worse [for them] than the first. For never to have obtained a [full, personal] knowledge of the way of righteousness would have been better for them than, having obtained [such knowledge], to turn back from the holy commandment which was [verbally] delivered to them. There has befallen them the thing spoken of in the true proverb, The dog turns back to his own vomit, and, The sow is washed only to
wallow again in the mire.” From the above portion of Scripture, we are given a scenario of a Christian born again who willingly having been cleansed and set free from what had bounded them, then deliberately choose to go back in their former place; this the Bible says is “bondage of the highest order” as the state of such a one will eventually end up worse than the one they thought to be bad, as the Bible says that they are overcome by whatever they lay. Just imagine with me, the devil was clearly defeated by God through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, thereafter certain men believe--that, however later themselves build doctrines [not Scriptural] of the existence of the devil
in their lives [remember the devil is dead (crushed (defeated) by Christ)], then the devil who is dead in return becomes manifested in their lives and are defeated by it [the devil]. This is the same way people having believed in Jesus Christ through faith as their personal Lord and Savior, thereafter leave [depart] from the grace of God which is through faith in pursuit of the Law. The Bible says that they enslave themselves in the very things they were delivered from; this is beyond bondage. Child of God you are not like a sow which is washed only to wallow again in the mire; God did not cleanse you from sin for you to be entangled again in sin: that is why He picked you from
darkness and set you into His marvellous Light. The Book of GALATIANS 2:11-21 says “But when Cephas (Peter) came to Antioch, I protested and opposed him to his face [concerning his conduct there], for he was blameable and stood condemned. For up to the time that certain persons came from James, he ate his meals with the Gentile [converts]; but when the men [from Jerusalem] arrived, he withdrew and held himself aloof from the Gentiles and [ate] separately for fear of those of the circumcision [party]. And the rest of the Jews along with him also concealed their true convictions and acted insincerely, with the result that even Barnabas was
carried away by their hypocrisy (their example of insincerity and pretense). But as soon as I saw that they were not straightforward and were not living up to the truth of the Gospel, I said to Cephas (Peter) before everybody present, if you, though born a Jew, can live [as you have been living] like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how do you dare now urge and practically force the Gentiles to [comply with the ritual of Judaism and] live like Jews? [I went on to say] Although we ourselves (you and I) are Jews by birth and not Gentile (heathen) sinners, Yet we know that a man is justified or reckoned righteous and in right standing with God not by works of the Law, but [only] through
faith and [absolute] reliance on and adherence to and trust in Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). [Therefore] even we [ourselves] have believed on Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the Law [for we cannot be justified by any observance of the ritual of the Law given by Moses], because by keeping legal rituals and by works no human being can ever be justified (declared righteous and put in right standing with God). But if, in our desire and endeavour to be justified in Christ [to be declared righteous and put in right standing with God wholly and solely through Christ], we have shown ourselves sinners also and convicted of
sin, does that make Christ a minister (a party and contributor) to our sin? Banish the thought! [Of course not!] For if I [or any others who have taught that observance of the Law of Moses is not essential to being justified by God should now by word or practice teach or intimate that it is essential to] build up again what I tore down, I prove myself a transgressor. For I through the Law [under the operation of the curse of the Law] have [in Christ`s death for me] myself died to the Law and all the Law`s demands upon me, so that I may [henceforth] live to and for God. I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives
in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me. [Therefore, I do not treat God`s gracious gift as something of minor importance and defeat its very purpose]; I do not set aside and invalidate and frustrate and nullify the grace (unmerited favor) of God. For if justification (righteousness, acquittal from guilt) comes through [observing the ritual of] the Law, then Christ (the Messiah) died groundlessly and to no purpose and in vain. [His death was then wholly superfluous.]” From the above portion of Scripture, we are given an example of what compromise can do
to the Church [Body of Christ], we see that Paul an Apostle--not from men nor by or through any man, but by and through Jesus Christ and God the Father, just like Peter was appointed to the Jews, he was appointed by God to the Gentiles. Thereafter he went about teaching the grace firstly to men of reputation [the leaders] including James, Peter and John who also welcomed and received the grace as from God, however shortly after, because of need to appeal to the emotions of everyone, Paul himself said that before the Jews [people who follow the Law] came from James to the place where they were staying, these Apostles freely ate and mixed up with
the Gentiles, but when these Jewish people came, Peter firstly separated from the Gentile brethren [the New converts – let`s say born again Christians who were formerly Gentiles], this was responded to by all the Jews who were in that place inclusive of Barnabas so as to appeal the emotions of the Jewish visitors. Thanks be to God, Paul had to rebuke Peter in humility [remember Peter was given to preach to the Jews; God did not intend him to preach the Law to them but grace, that`s the reason God positioned Paul to have access to all the Apostles of the time, who received the grace in humility.] as by rebuking Peter the minister to the Jews; the Jews too were
rebuked and instructed from the same instructions accorded to Peter [as they learnt from Peter.] Paul further said that them too being Jews, by reason of the Law were unable to find justification in it [through works], therefore had to believe by faith in Jesus Christ just like the Gentiles do, so as to attain justification which is by faith and not of works lest any man boost. Paul equates it to building what you destroyed; it is indeed time wastage to seek to establish what you at one time destroyed [this is so serious, remember Jesus destroyed the old temple, only to build a new one, however by men rebuilding what was destroyed by Christ—this the Bible says
that it`s destruction requires Christ to die again on the cross; which is impossible for Christ to die again, for He died once and conquered all things once and for all]. In GALATIANS 3:1-5, Paul addressed the same spirit in the Galatian church [even up to now], asking them with bitter words such as “poor, silly, thoughtless, unreflecting, senseless” as to whether they attained the Holy Spirit by works of the Law or by faith. That means that this act of drawing back is in itself equivalent to witchcraft [sorcery; enchantments; charm; intercourse with evil spirits]. From the above portion of Scripture Paul speaks and says that he died [he was crucified with Christ], for it`s no
longer him who lives, but Christ lives in him; and the life he now lives in the body he lives by the faith in [of] the Son of God, Who loved him and gave Himself up for him. That means that the man of weakness [the fleshly man] ceased to be when Christ took over his life, Paul now lives a constant life of faith as Jesus [Faith Itself] lives [Paul has no control over his life]; this is why Paul speaks that it is a small thing for him to be judged, as he knows nothing about himself [1 COINTHIANS 4:3-4]. Just imagine this statement, so are you who believe in Jesus Christ, reckon yourselves to be dead to the flesh [world] and alive to God living a life void of offence firstly before God, and then
man. This can only be by you knowing your position spiritually, the Bible speaks of us saying in 2 CORINTHIANS 5:16 “Consequently, from now on we estimate and regard no one from a [purely] human point of view [in terms of natural standards of value]. [No] even though we once did estimate Christ from a human viewpoint and as a man, yet now [we have such knowledge of Him that] we know Him no longer [in terms of the flesh].” From the above Scripture we are elevated and revealed to who we are [we who have believed in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior]; that we are Spirit, and everything in us is spirit [inclusive of our mind, consciences, and judgements],
therefore take an example, if there is any man who is “as to the world wicked”, how do we see things; as men do, or as God does. MATTHEW 6:22 says “The eye is the lamp of the body. So if your eye is sound, your entire body will be full of light.” By the Bible speaking of the eye, it is only because light is visualised by the eye, and the eye without light is blind due to darkness. The flesh [carnal mind] can neither understand nor discern spiritual things, this is because spiritual things are spiritually discerned. That means that a man who has not yet believed in Jesus Christ is blind [cannot see because they dwell in the dark, and have not yet seen the Light (of the Gospel)], and to
the man who has believed in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior do see by virtue of the spirit in them, this is because the spirit [being the primary person] receives and partakes all the spiritual things of God. The Word of God is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path [PSALMS 119:105]. We therefore see that a lamp in itself is a source of light [ought to always be lighting], therefore God has set every born again [Spirit] Christian as a minister of what has shone in and is shining within them; this is the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is why Jesus Christ [the Light of the World] calls us [who have believed] the light of the World [we ought to cast vision into
men]. When the Bible speaks of Light, it also means Life, therefore you are the life of the world--glory to God, that means that you revive dead things and also redeem [recover; retrieve; save] time [as we are born of a Redeemer [author of redemption]]. This is why our thinking pattern changes, the Bible tells us in ROMANS 4:17 “As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations. [He was appointed our father] in the sight of God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and speaks of the non-existent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed. This is how God operationalizes the Life in Him, so should we. We ought to speak out what
have believed; this is how the life in us is operationalized, therefore when the world calls men a thieves; we call them ministers of the gospel, when the world condemns men; we justify them by the spirit of Christ Who died and rose again for their justification--this is how people change [are transformed]. You are already above weakness; Believe it with the consciousness of how much God loves you. What then is “Mastery”’? The Greek word to mean mastery is “Exousia” which means – (in the sense of ability), privilege, that is, (subjectively) force, capacity, competency, freedom, or (objectively)
mastery (concrete magistrate, superhuman, potentate, token of control), delegate influence: - authority, jurisdiction, liberty, power, right, strength. What then is “Life”? The Greek word to mean life is “Spendo” which means – to pour out as a libation, that is, (figuratively) to devote (one`s life or blood, as a sacrifice) (“spend”):- (be ready to) be offered. The beauty behind Mastery is in the transition of one “to be a bearer of completion” and his or her ability to bring fruit to perfection. The Greek word to mean perfection is “Megaleios”
which means – magnificent, great things, wonderful works. The heart of a master is in patience. My Spiritual Father Apostle Grace Lubega in his statements always emphasizes in “believing in people as God is in the process of working them” and “you cannot take men in places you have not been”. Spendo can only be understood in the “Service of God or in ministry”. LUKE 4:43 says “But He said to them, I must preach the good news (the Gospel) of the kingdom of God to the other cities [and towns] also, for I was sent for this [purpose].” This shows us that the heart of the minister is firstly in winning souls to the kingdom, and further than that-
watering [continually watching over, praying for, teaching, instructing, fathering] them with humility and patience of spirit, in earnest expectation of good. The man of God Kenneth Hagin once quoted Charles G. Finney to be a man who made an impact in the kingdom of God, as he not only won multitudes of souls to the kingdom of God, but also by the grace given him of God mentored those souls that “Eighty percent” of them matured and actively participated in the gospel. 1 TIMOTHY 2:3-4 says “For such [praying] is good and right, and [it is] pleasing and acceptable to God our Savior, Who wishes all men to be saved and [increasingly] to perceive and
recognize and discern and know precisely and correctly the [divine] Truth. This shows us that there is more after one getting saved and the question is, “where does this leave the Church?” This leaves ministers who have transcended mastery with the same hunger which kept Jesus Christ moving from place to place ministering answers [The Gospel], without putting consideration to things like money, clothes, microphones, machines and other things which men think are vital for the ministering of the Gospel. Jesus at one point asks His disciples whether they lacked anything when He sent them without money bags, clothes, silver and gold, and their response was
that they did not lack anything. In this generation some ministers have allowed the worldly elements to define for them the gospel, to the extent that these elements [money] are more than souls—what a pain! ACTS 11:19-21 says “Meanwhile those who were scattered because of the persecution that arose in connection with Stephen had traveled as far away as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, without delivering the message [concerning the attainment through Christ of salvation in the kingdom of God] to anyone except Jews. But there were some of them, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who on returning to Antioch spoke to the Greeks also, proclaiming [to them] the
good news (the Gospel) about the Lord Jesus. And the presence of the Lord was with them with power, so that a great number [learned] to believe (to adhere to and trust in and rely on the Lord) and turned and surrender themselves to Him.” In this portion of Scripture, the heart of service is revealed to us, we see that a Minister [you and I] choose to look at things not as men see but as God sees. The Gospel of Jesus Christ shall [can] never be stopped, we see that when fear for persecution had arisen after the stoning of Stephen to death, certain disciples only determined to preach only to the Jews, however a few of them also preached the Gospel to the Greeks [Hellenists], from this
boldness the Bible says that God`s hand was manifested and a great number of Greeks received Jesus Christ, it was from this, that the believers were first called Christians. Glory to God, there is no man the Gospel of Jesus Christ cannot change [transform anew], however this firstly starts from the preparations of God. The question is how rooted and grounded are you? And on which foundation are you standing from? And what is your heart up to in Ministry of the Gospel? We see in the Scriptures men like Paul—a man who for all his life was jailed for preaching Truth, he was canned just for the Gospel. He was not and never intimidated by the surrounding
situations, he chose to run the race of faith in the expectation of the crown promised to Him of God. Men like James, who chose Jesus Christ and esteemed their lives not dear to them just for Christ’s sake, men with the anointing of God were thrown in dungeons and lifted up with rags however this did not shake them in any way. The question comes back to us, “How devote are our lives to God? How ready are we to be offered? The price of the Gospel weighs all things—if it means being hated for the Gospels sake, let it be, --if it means losing sleep for the Gospels sake let it be, --- to mention but a few. This Gospel cost the Apostles all they had, they sold their
properties just for the gospels sake, they worked for the Gospel`s sake, they chose to Minister the Gospel in all their spheres of life. This only comes when one realizes the mandate of God upon his or her life. We from this point realize why a man like Paul who says that he was born past time, later on says that he has run a race and finished, revealed the whole counsel of God to all people and is accountable of any man`s blood. This is why we see that in only three years Jesus Christ had run His race and finished all that He had come to do on earth; no wonder Apostle John in JOHN 21:25 says “And there are so many other things which Jesus did. If they should be all recorded one by one
[in detail], I suppose that even the world itself could not contain (have room for) the books that would be written. A lamp when lit always ought to be burning, as we have been lit by God we must always been sustained by our spirit. I leave a question in us, “How do we feel like to live in the last days of the World? How do we feel having known that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is coming back anytime from now? Amen.
If anyone is not born again, you can openly declare [proclaim] these words having believed in your heart Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, say “Dear God, I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is Your Son, and You sent Him to die for my sins and declare that You are Lord and Savior of my life, I am born again.” You are most welcome to the family of faith in the Son of God. Amen.
BEYOND MASTERY IN THE LIFE ABOVE WEAKNESS. LIVING THE REALITY OF THE LIFE FROM WITHIN. ABOUT THE AUTHOR. Opale Frank is a son to Mr. Ojame OkIror Robert and Mrs. Tino Ketty. My Spiritual Father is Apostle Grace Lubega. There is something about the grace of God, for it is an answer to each and every man and woman. One thing about it is that it transforms men and by faith calls them who and what they are supposed to be and, in grace is the reconciliation between man and God. 1 JOHN 4:18 says “There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love`s complete perfection].” There is a big distinction in the way a man [woman] under grace prays, as we thank God for what He did for us through our Lord Jesus Christ at the cross, we thank Him for making us Righteous through the justification which is of Faith. Grace is the expression of God`s love for us and because of this we are never conscious of punishment [arising from fear; the master of bondage]. PLOT. This book opens our eyes to the reality of the life we live; not as they say we “shall” or we “will”, this life is of now. Once we live the life we must live now, there are many things averted, for example Jesus` instruction to the Church is “watch and pray”, Paul calls it “praying without ceasing”. We ought to ask ourselves a question of “what kept Jesus praying yet He was God and what was He praying for???” Part of His prayer is revealed to us in JOHN 17:1-26. And what made Him teach the disciples the so called “Lord`s prayer” which involved things like “give us our daily bread, lead us not into temptation, and yet He tells us in JAMES 1:13 that God tempts no man.” This is why Paul in EPHESIANS 1:17-20 always in his prayer prayed for the Church that God may grant us a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, By having the eyes of our heart flooded with light, so that we can know and understand the hope to which He has called us, and how rich His glorious inheritance in the saints, And so what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places].
