Once the wind of change blew, the fairy, Evgeniia moved into a magical land. First, she is alarmed at this stranger's land. The fairy is shocked at the various unusual things that happen in her neighborhood. Evgeniia is especially surprised about mail delivery. It is pleasing that a postman places mail under her door. She is thrilled by the possibility of studying English for free at the adult school. The fairy is satisfied with a park within walking distance. Having friendly neighborly communication is exciting and embarrassing at the same time. She is worried about a hospital visit, but the medical care is amazing.
