İNSANCA, PEK İNSANCA (PANDEMİ) PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE GOALS Many sciences deal with the issues of man or a studentsas a generic, working and creative being, studying the meaning of his existence and action, dealing with the goals of man, values on the relation between man and society, and turned around. Elements that have a major influence on the behavior betweenteacher and theirs studentsare included within the TQM concept. In order to develop partnership for the goals, we have to know and apply these elements. They are: leadership, quality system, human factors (motivation, inspiration, quality culture, organizational culture), quality tools. It is necessary to develop all these elements both in the teacher and in the students. Human factors are numerous and relate primarily to individual characteristics, perceptions, behaviors and actions of students and groups. Factors such as motivation, inspiration, organizational culture, quality culture contribute to the development and certainty of harmonizing the goals of individuals and groups. In the theory of organization and management, motivation is interpreted as an incentive for both employees and students to perform their tasks well in order to achieve the goals of the whole group. This achieves the development of trust, harmonization of opinions, development of smoke spirit and teamwork, which are one of the main carriers of the realization of any project.
