Business Transfer Pathway Winona Campus and Online OVERVIEW The Business Transfer Pathway (AS) will start you on the route to a 4-year degree. At Minnesota State College Southeast, the Business Transfer Pathway Associate of Science (AS) Degree is specifically designed for students who plan to continue their education in a business related field, such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, and International Business.
