LSH will check if the property is accredited. If so, they will contact the landlord/agent of the property to inform them of the complaints made. The landlord or agent will contact the student occupants and remind them of their contractual obligations as tenants. Liverpool City Council can issue a Noise Abatement Notice for persistent noise. If noise continues, they could issue a fine or prosecute the occupant. 23 Merseyside Police - 101 if not an emergency or 999 only in cases of emergency.
