Outcomes of an alleged complaint involving you: The Off-Campus Student Co-ordinator and/or your university will write to you about complaints received. LSH will check if the property is accredited. If so, they will contact the landlord/agent of the property to inform them of the complaints. The landlord/agent will contact the student occupants and remind them of their contractual obligations as tenants. Liverpool City Council can issue a Noise Abatement Notice for persistent noise, issue fines or prosecute the occupant. 23
