SAFETY CLEANING PROCEDURES Residents should feel safe while enjoying the amenities at Lake Ashton. The following procedures are currently in place and will be continued on an on-going basis. All floors are cleaned with a sanitizing cleaning agent daily. High touch surfaces including but not limited to light switches, door handles, and countertops are sanitized at least once daily. All tables/chairs/countertops in amenity rooms are sanitized at least once daily by staff and residents are encouraged to do the same after each use. Sanitizing cleaner is available in all amenity rooms for resident use. If you have any questions regarding the cleaning procedures at the HFC or the Clubhouse please contact LAIICDD Community Director Mary Bosman at mbosman@lakeashton2cdd.com or LACDD Community Director Christine Wells at cwells@lakeashtoncdd.com. NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH ALERT By Fay Wood, NW Chief Courtesy of Law Enforcement Scammers will call an Amazon, Apple, or other major name customer and tell them that there is a problem with their account, such as a suspicious purchase, lost package or unfulfilled order, according to the Federal Trade Commission. These customers could be told that their account has been breached. The scammer will then instruct the victim to press 1, or any other number, to speak wi th customer support. Other things they might say is to call another number, or ask you to provide them with your personal information. Law Officials advise not to do anything. Hang up. Do not visit a web address either that the caller might give you. Report these types of scams to the Federal Trade Commission to report fraud! 16
