HOURS OF OPERATION CLUBHOUSE: 6 am – 10 pm, 7 days a week CLUBHOUSE OFFICES & ACTIVITIES DESK: 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday Photo ID Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11 am to 4 pm or by appointment ASHTON TAP & GRILL: 11 am to 8 pm Tuesday — Saturday 10 am to 8 pm Sunday (Brunch 10 am to 3 pm) HFC OFFICES & ACTIVITIES DESK: 8 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER: 5:30 am – 10 pm , 7 days a week COLLECTIONS AT MONDAY COFFEE Bite Me Monday (second Monday) is the monthly collection of donations such as old towels, toys, pet food and supplies for the Polk County Humane Society. Peanut Butter Monday (third Monday) is the monthly collection of non-perishable items, usually for the food pantry at the Lake Wales Care Center. This month the items will be donated to Victory Ridge Academy, a local non-profit organization and member of the Polk County Public/Charter Schools, where children with special needs overcome daily challenges and enjoy success in learning and living. The following items are needed: Gallon baggies, fruit cups, cereal bars, small individual cereal boxes, macaroni cups or 5 small boxes, ravioli, spaghetti-o’s, etc., crackers, juice boxes, pudding cups, macaroni in micro cups. All cans should have a pull top. Please drop all items off by noon. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Stop by the Activities Desk to put in an application if you are interested in volunteering in any of the following positions at the Clubhouse. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and get to know more about what goes on behind the scenes. Activities Desk Volunteer Event Set-up Event Break-down Other Event Support NEXT MONTHLY MARKET: October 20 from 10 am to 2 pm in the Clubhouse West Parking Lot RED ROOSTER PRODUCE & BAXTER QUAL ITY MEATS will be in the Clubhouse West Parking Lot Wednesdays 1 to 3 pm (1st, 2nd, 4th Wednesdays) 10 am to 2 pm (3rd Wednesday during the Monthly Market) BOOKMOBILE SCHEDULE October 13 and 27 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (closed for lunch 12:30 to 1:15 pm) Clubhouse West Parking Lot All vehicles, including golf carts, must obey all stop signs and the 20 mph speed limit throughout Lake Ashton. Drivers, watch for pedestrians at all times. Obeying posted speed limit and traffic signs can help avert a potential tragedy.
