Whether you are a longtime resident or new to the neighborhood, every gathering offers a sense of belonging to enjoy the simple pleasures and make each moment count. We at the HFC are continually working on programs and events that contribute to the overall enjoyment in your retirement years. Lake Ashton II CDD would like to introduce two new employees who have joined our team. Chuck Yeager, a previous employee, has returned to a part-time position working in the Maintenance Department on Thursdays and Fridays. We welcome his contribution towards our continued success and effectiveness in the HFC’s operations. Paula Summa, who is a certified Jazzercise Instructor taught classes in the Orlando area for over 29 years and will focus on Dance Aerobics, Thursday at 8 am and Aqua Motion Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 pm. Paula enjoys helping others meet their fitness goals and is excited to be part of our team. She looks forward to meeting everyone! November is always a busy month at the HFC. Highlights include a seminar about Personal Safety and Safety Around the Holidays, presented by Gianirys Soto-Sierra, FCPP, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, taking place on November 4 at 1 pm.
