MIND&BODY SUMMER SIGN LANGUAGE We would like to invite anyone who is interested to join our group of beginner signers during the summer. It will be a relaxed format reviewing basic signs, numbers, and fingerspelling through various games and activities. This would be a great time for new beginners to join the group and we can work in small groups to help you catch up. Then you would be able to jump into the classes in the fall! There will be two sessions available weekly. Runs from June 6th to August 31st. Tuesdays in the Clubhouse Card Room 12:45-1:45 pm and *Thursdays in the Clubhouse Craft Room from 6:30 - 7:30 pm! Come when you can. Hope to see you there. LA SOCIAL TENNIS 8 to 10:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the HFC or Clubhouse courts. No need to sign up, just bring your tennis racquet, tennis balls provided. Contact Debbie Grabb at 863-324-0600 with questions. YOGA SHARE Facilitator: Sally Winfrey (863.875.8134 or 316.516.2815) Wednesdays at 8:45 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom. GENTLE YOGA WITH GINA Instructor: Gina Krall Thursdays at 11 am in HFC Sports Court. Yoga positions are shown for every level including first time practicers. Participants are encouraged to honor their bodies at all times. Practiced regularly, yoga improves posture, balance, flexibility, anxiety, stress, and provides a host of other benefits. Chair yoga will be offered if requested. LA DANCE CLASSES Instructor: Connie Wilkinson (Certified DVIDA instructor — 863.875.6728) Learn the Cha Cha Mondays in May from 4:30 to 5:30 pm in the HFC Community Room. FREE! No Partner needed! SUMMER LINE D A N CIN G CLASS Instructor: Lorrrie Shearin Class will be held every Thursday at the HFC starting May 4 through September 28. 1 pm Beginner Class: Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. Dances will be easy and fun, dances used at River Ranch will be taught. 2 pm Improver Class: Dances will have tags, restarts, turns, and maybe faster. Some experience may help, but everyone can try and learn new dances that may seem more advanced. Sometimes they are easier than they look. Note: Wear shoes you can dance in! No flip flops or Crocs.
