TAP JAMMERS Facilitator: Julie Bombard A fun group of tappers who gather weekly on Fridays at 10 am at the Clubhouse Stage to practice steps and combinations. If you tap or have tapped in the past and have knowledge of tap dance, come join the fun! Classes are free. These classes are not intended for the beginning tapper. FUSED GLASS CLASSES Fused Glass Garden Stake Create a beautiful 9” x 3” glass garden stake March 10 from 10 am to 1 pm in the Clubhouse Craft Room. $35, paid at class. Pre-registration required at the Clubhouse Activities Office. Fused Glass Wind Chime March 16 & 23 from 9 am to noon at the HFC Craft Room. $35, paid at class, pre-registration required at the HFC Activities Desk. All materials are included as well as kiln firing. BOB ROSS OIL PAINTING Instructor: Kay Lenherr March 11 at 1 pm Clubhouse Craft Room Salt Water Cowboy $35 (payable at class) Sign up at the Clubhouse Information Wall by noon on March 10. CERAMIC CHICKS Wednesdays, 8 am to 1 pm, HFC Craft Room Bring your ceramics or purchase in the room. A kiln is available to fire your ceramics. WATERCOLOR WORKSHOPS Instructor: Freddie Combs Subject matter will be still life, florals and beach related items on March 10 from 9 am - 3 pm in the HFC with a break for a sack lunch. Those attending should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time to allow time for prep work before class begins. Students will create two watercolor paintings per session. Price per session is $50. All new students should contact the artist at 864-307-1244. A sign-up sheet will be at the HFC Activities Desk. CREATE A CARD Please join the group on March 21 at 10 or noon in the HFC Sports Court to create your own lovely greeting cards. A guest expert will provide instruction, from beginner to expert, all supplies and equipment, and three beautiful cards to take home. No experience needed. Cost is $10. CRAFTING WITH CARMEN Carmen is coming back with another fun, creative craft to decorate your home, pizza pan door hangers! Yes, you read that right, you will be using a pizza pan (provided) to make a simple yet cute welcome sign for your door. Join in on the crafting fun on March 30 at 11:30 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom. DIY BEADED DAISY CHAIN Celebrate spring by wearing an adorable beaded daisy chain created by you! Join the Art of Beading in the Ballroom on April 12 at 12 pm to learn how to make either a bracelet or necklace. All instructions and supplies will be included for only $10.
