HOURS OF OPERATION CLUBHOUSE: 6 am – 10 pm daily CLUBHOUSE OFFICES & ACTIVITIES DESK: 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday Photo ID Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Noon to 3 pm (12- 2 pm on April 4 or by appointment) HFC OFFICES & ACTIVITIES DESK: 8 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER: 5:30 am – 10 pm daily EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT Joseph "Joe" Payne is our new Facility Maintenance Coordinator. He started with us on February 14 and we are happy to have him as a part of the Lake Ashton team. He is a retired firefighter from Birmingham, AL and comes to us with extensive carpentry and construction skills (he built is own house from the ground up!). His has been married to his wife, Melissa for over 20 years and has 4 kids, ages 27, 25, 12 and 10. Please join us in welcoming Joe to Lake Ashton. We are lucky to have him! Thank you to the Garden Club for planting flowers in front of the Pavilion and all the other areas around the community. They truly are making the entire community more beautiful every day. She volunteers because she loves meeting people and keeping up with the community. She has two sons and two grandsons. She is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and is most recently from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She said she married into the Steelers when she married her husband, Bob! NEW RESIDENT SOCIAL The next New Resident Social will be held on April 14 at 2 pm at the HFC. Please sign up at either Activities Desk. A Message From Mary Bosman I'd like to thank all the resident friends who came to the pizza party to say farewell in February or stopped by for a chat before or after that time. I miss Lake Ashton as it's been a part of me for many years. A special thanks to staff and the LA II CDD Board for their great support over the years. It's appreciated more than you know.
