RINGING UP SUCCESS AT THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP Lake Ashton resident and Winter Haven Horseshoe Club President Ken Keding recently competed in the 65th Annual Florida State Horseshoe Pitching Association (FSHPA) Championship Tournament, held April 22–25, 2026, and hosted by the Flagler County Horseshoe Club. Keding enjoyed an impressive week of competition, beginning Wednesday afternoon in the Mixed Doubles Class B tournament. Partnered with Warren Gionet of the Winter Haven club, the duo posted a 4-1 record to capture First Place. Mixed doubles competition pairs a 30-foot pitcher with a 40-foot pitcher. On Thursday, Keding competed in the Class B doubles event alongside fellow Winter Haven club member Ralph Hawthorne. The pair earned a 3-2 record, good for Third Place. 14 IS YOUR MEDICARE PLAN CHANGING THIS YEAR? STRESSED ABOUT COVERAGE?
