FRIENDLY BOCCE GROUP By Stephanie Iszak All Lake Ashton residents are invited to come out on Mondays and Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm to play some fun games of Bocce Ball. No experience is required. Anyone who is playing would be more than happy to teach you and go over the Lake Ashton Friendly Bocce Ball rules and regulations. Our Friendly Bocce Tailgate parties for 2025 have ended. LA SWIM CLUB By Sandy White DO YOU KNOW: • Lake Ashton Swim Club (LASC) offers fitness and competition opportunities. • Lake Ashton swimmers have competed and medaled in regional, state, and national senior age group competition. • Senior swimming competition was created to promote fitness and better health for 50 and older. • There are 11 age and 2 gender groups in senior swim competition. • A Lake Ashton swimmer holds a regional swimming record. • You don't have to be a super swimmer to enter senior swimming. The pre-requisite is the ability to swim 2 lengths (50 yds.). • Swimming is known for being the best and safest all-around exercise. • LASC swims together 3 times a week: Mon & Wed 1-2PM & Sat 10AM. • LASC welcomes new swimmers anytime?
