LAKE ASHTON (LAKE WA L E S ) H OA CO R N E R By Nancy Baker At the meeting on May 5, the Lake Ashton (LW) Homeowners Association (HOA) Board voted to send the proposed Revisions to the Covenants, conditions and restrictions, as well as eight ballot items to all Lake Wales residents. They are also posted on ashtonliving.net under HOA Lake Wales Resource Center. A copy of the revised CC&Rs, as well as the notice of the special meeting on June 27 and the actual ballot items 1 through 8 will be mailed to every Lake Wales resident, to cast their vote. Ballots will include the ballot sleeve and a return envelope. Please be sure to read the requirement for a mail in ballot.
