This is a good time to ensure trees on your property are trimmed to avoid potential projectiles during a storm. Residents noticing any trimming needed in Lake Wales conservation areas should email Matt at mfisher@gmscfl.com. Lake Ashton Community Development District (LACDD) is the only entity that can perform maintenance in these areas. Include your name, phone number, address, and a small description of the area in question. Staff will conduct a site visit and determine what steps need to be taken.
