HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER: 5:30 am – 10 pm daily HFC OFFICES & ACTIVITIES DESK: 8 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday GUEST REGISTRATION REMINDERS All guests, regardless of age, must register and sign a waiver of liability prior to using the Amenity Facilities. The resident inviting the guest must be present upon registration, unless other arrangements have been made with staff. Guest Amenity Access Cards must be turned into the Clubhouse Office upon Guest's departure or there is a charge of $40 per Amenity Access Card charged to the Homeowner. A drop off box is installed in the Clubhouse Lobby, just outside of the Clubhouse Office. BE INFORMED PRODUCE Every Wednesday from 10 am – 2 pm in the Clubhouse West Parking Lot BAXTER’ S QUAL ITY MEATS Get fresh poultry, fish, and beef in the Clubhouse West parking lot Wednesdays from 9:30 am to Noon BOOKMOBILE Second & fourth Wednesdays, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (closed for lunch 12:30 to 1:15) in the Clubhouse West Parking Lot. Polk County library card holders can check out and return books, movies, & more! HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS & TRASH PICKUP The Clubhouse and HFC offices will be closed on July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Trash, recycling and yard waste pickup for Lake Wales residents will occur on Saturday, July 5. Winter Haven residents will have trash, recycling and yard waste pickup on July 7, as scheduled. Have a safe and happy Independence Day! 6 Residents are encouraged to attend LACDD (Lake Wales) and LAIICDD (Winter Haven) Board of Supervisor meetings to ensure they are staying up to date with current issues and projects throughout the community. If you are unable to attend in person a link to attend via Zoom is sent out a week prior to the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to check out http://www.lakeashtoncdd.com (Lake Wales) and http://www.lakeashton2cdd.org (Winter Haven) to find agenda packets and approved minutes from previous meetings. On July 21, LACDD (Lake Wales) will be adopting the budget for fiscal year (FY) 2026. There is no proposed increase to the assessment for Lake Wales residents for FY 2026. On August 21, LAIICDD (Winter Haven) will be adopting the budget for fiscal year (FY) 2026. There is no proposed increase to the assessment for Winter Haven residents for FY 2026. SAFEGUARD STORM DRAINS Residents and lawn services are reminded to never place loose vegetation on top of storm drains. It can fall or blow into the storm drain and clog the stormwater system.
