NEW APP FOR WH CITIZENS "Access Winter Haven" is the City of Winter Haven's new app for citizens that can be downloaded in the App Store. The app allows citizens to send information straight to the department, division, or team who can help. The average “fix” time is 1 day. It can be utilized to report anything from potholes on City streets to drainage or wildlife issues. The app is also the new system utilized for bulk pickup. Select “schedule a bulk pickup” and staff will respond with your pickup date. SIGN UP FOR ALERT POLK Prepare yourself this hurricane season by signing up to receive emergency notifications from Alert Polk, the system Polk County uses to inform residents about public safety threats and concerns. During situations which may affect the health, safety and welfare of Polk’s residents, official messages are sent to telephone numbers and email addresses within the affected geographic area.
