JULY HAPPY 4TH OF PATRIOTIC DANCE AT THE HFC Come to the HFC on July 1 at 7 pm at the HFC for a Patriotic Dance with Wayne as the DJ. Feel free to wear your patriotic clothes and dance the night away with your friends and neighbors. Table reservations are $10 and admission is $10. Also, stop by the HFC to sign up for another Dance Party with DJ Wayne at HFC on July 22 starting at 7 pm. 4TH OF JULY PARADE By Jim Mecsics Every year, the Lake Ashton Veterans Association (LAVA) places American flags at the entrances and roads leading into the community on the 4th of July. Residents are invited to line their property this 4th of July with U.S. flags! LAVA is also hosting the Annual 4th of July Parade. The parade will marshal at the HFC at 8:15 am, with step-off at 9. Golf carts, bicycles, and motor vehicles are all welcome. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, with an announcement coming via blast the following Monday.
