NEW ENTRANCE GATE PROCEDURES Most residents have received a RFID tag by now. When entering the community via the Thompson Nursery Road entrance (pictured) please stop at the stop sign and then proceed very slowly until the reader shines a green light and the gate opens. At the CR 653 gate please be sure to slow down when entering the resident entry until the light turns green and the gate opens. To ensure you do not accidentally hit the gate arm please ensure the gate arm comes down completely before proceeding past the stop sign. If you do not have your remote or a RFID tag, you should go to the visitors side to be processed. Please be prepared to show your driver's license. Residents and visitors who hit the gate arms at the entrances to Lake Ashton may be charged the full replacement value of the gate arm in addition to any repairs to the operators, as needed. Please use caution and do not tailgate. The gates are set to close after each vehicle so tailgating could result in a costly mistake. NEW CRAFT AND CARD ROOM TELEVISIONS Facility Staff have installed TVs in the Craft Room and Card Room to accommodate the many groups that utilize those rooms for meetings and activities. The tvs are also able to be connected to music and other streaming stations to expand access to residents using those rooms. In addition, they can be used to connect computers to display information and presentations. There are casting devices that are available for checkout at the Clubhouse Office with Sheila Moreland. 12
