A kiln is available to fire your ceramics. ONSPOT DERMATOLOGY OnSpot is a mobile, full-service dermatology practice with four full examination rooms that will be located in the HFC parking lot. They provide skin cancer screenings, MOHS surgery, biopsies, liquid nitrogen and mole removals, cosmetic dermatology, and more. They accept all major insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. OnSpot Dermatology will be at the HFC for the first time on January 21. More information will be provided in an email blast closer to the date. Water fitness programs provide low-impact activity that takes the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Water offers a natural resistance which can help strengthen your muscles. Aquatic exercise can have several health benefits such as improved heart health, reduced stress and improved muscular endurance and strength. And, it is fun! Ladies and gentlemen are welcome! There is no sign-up required and the class is free. Bring a friend and start the New Year’s off with a new activity. Class duration is 45 minutes. See you at the pool! CARING FOR THE CAREGIVERS 40 February 18 is National Caregivers Day and caregivers of Lake Ashton are invited to join Cornerstone Hospice for a presentation discussing the impact of caregiving and identifying ways to facilitate healthy caregiving and resources. Snacks will be provided. The presentations will be February 18 at 9:30 am in the Clubhouse Cinema and February 22 at 11:30 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom.
