SUBMITTING ARC REQUESTS FOR LAKE WALES RES IDENTS By Iris Realmuto, LW ARC Chair All external changes you make to your home require an ARC request and approval prior to starting any project. To submit an ARC request, go to lakeashtonhoa.org, and download the form which can be found under the Documents tab in the Architectural Information section. You can complete the form by hand or on your computer. Then email the completed form to admin@lakeashtonhoa.org. DO NOT USE THE ‘SUBMIT NEW REQUEST’ feature on the website. The form can also be found on the information wall in Clubhouse Ballroom. You can either drop the completed form in the HOA box or have it scanned at the Clubhouse Office prior to dropping it in the HOA box. The deadline for complete ARC request submissions is 5 pm on Wednesday prior to the next ARC meeting. The ARC meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
