IMPORTANT UPDATES Amenity access controls at the Clubhouse are now active. Residents must bring their Photo Amenity Access Cards when visiting the Clubhouse to gain access to the Amenity Rooms in addition to the Outdoor Pool and Spa. Residents should not use their cards to allow guests or other residents who have forgotten their card to enter these areas. FEBRUARY HOURS - CLUBHOUSE & ACTIVITIES OFFICES Monday: 9 am - 5 pm Tuesday: 2 - 5 pm Wednesday: 2 - 5 pm Thursday: 2 - 5 pm Friday: 9 am - 5 pm Tickets can be purchased online using the QR code on page 33 HOURS TO OBTAIN CREDENTIALS AT THE CLUBHOUSE LW Residents: Amenity access cards & RFID tags WH Residents: Amenity access cards only Tuesdays: 10 am - 1 pm Wednesdays: 10 am - 1 pm Thursdays: 10 am - 1 pm Appointments can be made on an as needed basis HOURS TO OBTAIN CREDENTIALS AT THE HFC WH Residents: RFID tags Tuesdays: 1 - 3 pm Thursdays: 1 - 3 pm GUEST REGISTRATION CHANGES AT THE CLUBHOUSE Residents should see Clubhouse staff if they are having issues with their Photo Amenity Access Cards or to obtain a new card or replacement. Starting January 31, guests will need to obtain a Guest Amenity Access Card during posted Clubhouse Office Hours if they are planning to use any Clubhouse amenities while visiting. A form must be completed in order for an Access Card to be issued. All guests over 18 must be present at the time of issuance and must sign a waiver of liability. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. Guests are limited to 12 visits per year. All Amenity Access Cards must be returned to the Clubhouse Office within 10 days of the guest departure date or a fee of $40 per amenity access card will be invoiced to the homeowner.
