MIND&BODY CAREGIVER SUPPORT An all-encompassing Caregiver Support Group facilitated by the Alzheimer's Association will be held on February 21 at 11 am in the Clubhouse Conference Room. This group is for Caregivers and Care partners of people living with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson’s, ALS, Cancer, and Diabetes. People who are living with the disease are welcome to attend with their care partner. This support group is conducted by trained facilitators and is a safe place for everyone to develop a support system. Sign up at the Clubhouse Information Wall. SKIN CANCER SEMINAR & DINNER Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the United States, with millions of cases diagnosed each year. Nearly 20 Americans die from melanoma every day, which is the most deadly form of skin cancer. If detected early, skin cancer is highly treatable. This is why you should not wait. Residents are invited to join a group of dermatology providers for a free dinner and seminar on February 7 at 6 pm in the Clubhouse Ballroom to learn everything you should know about prevention, detection and treatment of skin cancer.
