The Magic Years Club meets on the first Tuesday of the month — next meeting is February 1 at 7 pm in the HFC Poker Room. The Magic Years Club is open to all Lake Ashton residents who enjoy learning about and going to Disney World. Not all activities require park tickets. Monthly events are beginning to be scheduled, so please come to the meeting for more information. There are quite a few new members, and veteran members are always available to help with any questions you have. LA REPUBLICANS By Brenda Bush-Sayre The Lake Ashton Republican Club meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 23, at the Clubhouse. The group meets monthly on the first Sunday of the month at 2 pm in the Clubhouse Ballroom. In January, the group of over 20 discussed several planned outings and get togethers. Plans were finalized for lunch at Jacaranda. If you would like to take part in activities with other singles, attend the meeting on February 6. LA TRAVELERS By Carolyn Bishop The Lake Ashton Travelers Potluck will be held February 26 from 5 to 7 pm at the HFC. Payments can be made at the Tuesday RV Socials in the Clubhouse Ballroom from 3:30 to 5 pm. Regular membership is $20/per home or Associate membership is $10 (if you no longer own an RV). The LA Travelers is a chapter of FMCA and you must have a FMCA membership to join this chapter.
