There are also still many high school seniors who are ready to graduate this year who are dealing with homelessness on top of everything else. These are graduates who hope to attend Polk State College in the fall, but as they graduate their support ceases until they attend school in the fall. You can help with any size donation, small or big — gift cards, cash, and checks payable to Polk County Public Schools will be accepted at both the Clubhouse and HFC Activities Desks. Attend the presentation by Vicki Griffith from the Polk County schools accounting office at Monday Coffee on March 28. Call Doris at 217-652-6636 with any questions.
