SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION Please remember to log out of all online accounts when you are finished using the computers in the Media Centers. This includes email providers, shopping sites, banking sites, and social media accounts. In the interest of your safety and security, passwords should never be saved on a shared computer. Please see Staff if you have any questions. INCIDENT REPORTING Any incident that occurs at the Clubhouse, HFC, or surrounding amenities should be reported to Security AFTER calling 911, if needed. Security is available 24 hours a day (see phone numbers on page 3). If reporting the incident immediately is not possible, please contact Sheila Moreland at 863-324-5457 as soon as you are able. It is important to document any incident, whether a substantial injury or a minor bruise. The process takes only about five minutes, and the information gathered is helpful in identifying potential areas that need attention.
