Roy Aull has been elected to the vacant position on the LA II CDD Board of Supervisors. His extensive background experience will prove to be extremely helpful to the existing Board. His contact information will be available after he is sworn into office at the meeting on November 29th. There will be no Board meeting the month of December. There’s a ton of activities to help celebrate the season at Lake Ashton. Private parties and large events will have the community bustling getting to and from them all. Please take the time and drive safely. If you bring your golf cart, please allow for 2 carts per parking slot in the parking lots. If you know of someone who is having a difficult time emotionally, extra time to talk or share some good memories could really help. Happy Holidays! No matter how you celebrate or don’t celebrate this time of year, the LA II Board of Supervisors and staff want to wish you the very best for 2023! Time seems to go by faster each year, so make sure to enjoy each and every day. The Joint Board of Supervisors met and tasked the Clubhouse and the HFC Activities staffs to do scheduling only thru January until the next Joint meeting occurs when they will hopefully approve the new Joint Amenities Policies. More detailed information will be provided before the rescheduling week begins this month. Residents won’t need to come in again to extend their event schedules after the meeting on the 20th of January, just mark a box that will automatically extend the reservation after the Joint Boards meet and formally approve the procedures.
