Lake Wales residents will put their trash out Thursday evening for pickup on Friday and Winter Haven residents will put their trash out on Sunday evening for pickup on Monday morning, as usual. HAVE VISITORS? December is a traditional time for residents to host family and friends. Remember, when you see a visiting grandchild, they are guests of your neighbors so please extend every courtesy possible. Residents: please be tolerant of extra activity at the pool and other Clubhouse amenities. Anyone using amenities at the Clubhouse or HFC should have a Lake Ashton Resident ID Card or Facilities Guest Pass. Register guests at either Activities Desk during business hours. Residents must bring at least one adult guest to sign the form. Renters must have a copy of their rental agreement. NEW RESIDENT SOCIAL The next New Resident Social will be held on January 12, 2022 at 2 pm at the Clubhouse. Anyone new to Lake Ashton is welcome to attend.
