HOURS OF OPERATION CLUBHOUSE: 6 am – 10 pm daily CLUBHOUSE OFFICES & ACTIVITIES DESK: 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday Photo ID Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Noon to 3 pm (No IDs made August 8) HFC OFFICES & ACTIVITIES DESK: 8 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER: 5:30 am – 10 pm daily LOST AND FOUND If you have lost anything at the Clubhouse or surrounding areas, visit the Club Office Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., to see if it has been turned in to the Lost and Found. Items in the Lost and Found will periodically be displayed at Monday Coffee, and if they have not been claimed after a certain period of time, they may be donated to the Lake Wales Care Center. SEASONAL RESIDENTS & SUMMER TRAVELERS If you will be away for the summer, stop by the Clubhouse Activities Desk to sign up and pay for a seasonal subscription ($4/month domestic; $5/month international). The newsletter and calendars are also sent out via email blast. A Summer Checklist is also posted on lakeashtoncdd.com or hard copies are available at the Clubhouse Activities Office. 5 NEXT MONTHLY MARKET: August 9 from 10 am to 2 pm Clubhouse West Parking Lot BAXTER’ S QUAL ITY MEATS Clubhouse West Parking Lot Wednesdays from 10 am to 2 pm BOOKMOBILE August 9 & 23, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (closed for lunch 12:30 to 1:15), Clubhouse West Parking Lot GUEST & RENTER REGISTRATION All guests and renters must be registered and have a Facilities Guest Pass to use Clubhouse and HFC Amenities. To register, residents must bring at least one adult guest to the Clubhouse or HFC Activities Desk, and renters must have a copy of their rental agreement. The Clubhouse Activities Desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and the HFC Activities Desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. NEW RESIDENT SOCIAL The next new resident social will be held on November 3 at 2 pm at the HFC. Get introduced to the community, and meet other new residents and community leaders.
