CHERYL’S DANCE CLASS Come join us for a fun dance class meant just to enjoy dancing and friendships. Class is open to all and is held weekly, however, come when you can! CREATE A CARD Join the group on August 15 at 10 am in the HFC Sports Court to create your own lovely greeting cards. A guest expert will provide instruction, from beginner to expert, all supplies and equipment, and three beautiful cards to take home. No experience needed. Cost is $10. Sign up at the HFC. Are you using the right type of moisturizers and cleansers for your skin type? You can learn all that and more at a skincare and makeup class hosted by Lancôme on September 6 at 11:30 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom. The class is 34 completely free, but you must sign up online or at the Clubhouse Activities Office BRUSHES AND BEVERAGES Create a delightful wall painting, hand-painted by you! For $35, each painter will be receiving step-by-step instructions to create a 16x20 canvas painting and will be supplied with a 16x20 canvas, acrylic paints, and brushes. This event will take place on September 8 at 3 pm in the Clubhouse Ballroom. Sign up at the Clubhouse Activities Office with a check by September 4 to reserve your spot. You won’t want to miss this; a maximum of 30 people can sign up but a minimum of 10 people is needed! CRAFTING WITH CARMEN — RUSTIC WREATHS Carmen is back with another home décor craft! Make your own 10-inch rustic wreath on September 29 at 11:30 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom. Learn how to quick-stain and distress wood for that rustic look that is so in style. All supplies and instructions are included for $12. Sign up online or at the Clubhouse Activities Office. SEASONAL FLORAL FRAMES Join resident crafter and floral enthusiast Pam Klawinski October 3 at 11:30 am to make your very own unique seasonal décor! In this class you will learn how to arrange seasonal colored florals on an 8x10 picture frame that will be interchangeable for every season and holiday! This month’s class will be for fall covering both Halloween and Thanksgiving. If you participated in the last class and received a frame, be sure to bring that frame back to the class.
